#Squats felt good today with #sheiko29. Still getting used to lowbar. But I’m loving it!
9 sets of Back Squats with a top set of 275x2x5. Then bench. Then 8 Sets of Front Squats top set 215x2x4. Feeling great today! 😁 #Powerlifting #gainz

#Bench is my least favorite lift in #Powerlifting but I hit my goal. And a #RepPr today of 225x3. Finally! 😁 #benchpress. Now I just got to squat 315x3. And I’ve meet all my goals for 2014!

Had the opportunity to #squat at #JDSMGym today. Pretty awesome. And got tips on low bar squats and I think I’m converted 😁. It’s crazy how a little thing like hand position can make you feel locked in thanks BB @j0nathandiaz #powerlifting #sheiko29

#Deathlifts today with #shieko29. It was the first time in a long time that deadlifts felt great! The Top set on the left is Deadlift to knees 340x3x4. And the right was a top set of 385x3x4 block pulls. 17sets of deadlifts today. I’m done. 😲 #powerlifting #deadlift #roadto500

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything fitness related. But I’m still here. Back on #Shieko29 and man did it kill me. There wasn’t enough volume with 5/3/1 for me. But it was nice to take a break from Sheiko. However I instantly felt Doms on #squats. These were clips from my top set 250x5x5. Changing a few things, cutting my depth to competition depth. And converted to the dark side #sbd 😈. May all your lifts be strong and heavy. 🙏 #powerlifting

The real part of the challenge is to spread awareness so check this out. 

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. Motor neurons reach from the brain to the spinal cord and from the spinal cord to the muscles throughout the body. The progressive degeneration of the motor neurons in ALS eventually leads to their death. When the motor neurons  die, the ability of the brain to initiate and control muscle movement is lost. With voluntary muscle action progressively affected, patients in the later stages of the disease may become totally paralyzed.

You can do as I did and donate money to the ALS Association (Alsa.org) to help find a cure for this vicious disease. Or you can dump water over your head and spread the word. I challenge @ps_train @jonnyryan @oskezie

Feeling defeated today. I lost balance trying to hit 415 for amrap. It really threw me off. I think I’m working too close to my 1rm so I need to reset my numbers. It’s all a learning experience. #powerlifting #531

Spartan Race was fun but now back to the main goal #Powerlifting. I’m still feeling under recovered from the race mainly in my calves (it’s hard to walk) but under recovered in general here’s a triplex305. My form is really starting to break down. My hips are shooting back and my core is teetering over. Definitely some areas I need to work on. But here’s the grinder. #531
